• “The bank loan of £828,000 originally taken out in May 2022 to facilitate the purchase of Units 1-5 Viaduct House, Merthyr Tydfil, was settled in full. This loan, which was repayable over 20 years at an interest rate of 5.299% and secured against the property and the charity's investment property, has been replaced by a new loan facility provided by Fedcap Employment Limited.”
