“In forecasting expected future financial performance the Directors believe that the ability of the McDonald's restaurants to continue to operate and generate sales through any combination of dine in, delivery, drive thru and take away channels, will enable the Company to generate sufficient income through the going concern period to allow it to continue its operations and settle its obligations in the normal course of business. As a result, the Directors have concluded that it is appropriate to prepare financial statements on a going concern basis.”
