Affirmed

“At 31 December 2024, the company has net current assets of £263,729 (2023: net current liabilities of £123, 805) and has net liabilities of £13,630,221 (2023: net liabilities of £6,893,153), which includes £18,066,177 (2023: £10,972,514) of amounts owed to group companies. The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis which relies on the continued support of the ultimate parent undertaking, Givesco Bakery A/S. Written confirmation has been given by Givesco Bakery A/S that it will continue to provide financial and non-financial support as required by Vittles Limited to enable it to meet its liabilities as they fall due, for a period of at least 12 months from the date of the signing of the audit report. The going concern basis is therefore considered appropriate as the directors believe that with this guarantee in place, the company will be able to remain in operational existence for at least a period of 12 months from the date of the signing of the audit report.”

Year-on-year

FY2023 → FY2024 · period ending 2024-12-31 vs 2023-12-31

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
