“In auditing the financial statements, we have concluded that the directors' use of the going concern basis of accounting in the preparation of the financial statements is appropriate. Based on the work we have performed, we have not identified any material uncertainties relating to events or conditions that, individually or collectively, may cast significant doubt on the company's ability to continue as a going concern for a period of at least twelve months from when the financial statements are authorised for issue.”

The first is a Freehold Industrial Unit in Dudley, Birmingham, England, with a purchase price of £1,500,000, to be purchased using cash resources. The due date for completion is 30th April 2025. The second, is a Distribution Warehouse in Spalding, Lincolnshire, England, with a purchase price of £2,600,000, which is due to complete mid-May 2025. The third is a site of 3.4 acres with two industrial units, in Stockton, England, with an agreed price of £1,900,000 to be purchased using cash resources. The expected completion is due to take place late May/Early June 2025.”
