- Audit opinion
- Unqualified (clean)
- Going concern
- Affirmed
“At 30 June 2025 the Group had cash at bank of £3,513,708 with future trade expected to be cash generative. The directors consider this to be sufficient to fund the Group's expected working capital requirements, longer term capital commitments and allow for a level of headroom in the event that sales growth does not materialise as expected. As a consequence of the factors outlined above, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the Group has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future and therefore adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the financial statements.”

Significant events
- “The Group's turnover was £17,374,294 (2024: £18,212,004), mostly due to the lower invoicing to the Department of Health following the completion of the hardware rollout to the whole of the UK firont line Ambulances.”
- “Administrative expenses in the year have increased by £430,723 primarily as a result of administration salaries in the year increasing from £2,336,424 to £2,616,024.”
- “The development spend in the year was £333,640 (2024: £374,712), which demonstrates the directors' determination to ensure that products continue to be at the forefront of technology.”
- “Total Net Assets increased from £5,813,313 to £5,901,748 as the Group continued to trade profitably.”
- “During the year, the Group paid interim dividends on the ordinary shares amounting to £100,000 (2024: £nil). The directors do not recommend a final dividend (2024: £nil).”
- “By the first quarter of 2026, Terrafix will launch the automotive-specific Bootbox system TV(BB).”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
