“Given the integrated nature of the Group's financial planning and treasury functions, funding requirements have been assessed at the Group level. The Directors believe that the cash flow from operating activities generated by the businesses, together with the Company's existing cash, cash equivalents, investments and available borrowings under its existing credit facilities, including the £6 billion and the £700 million revolving credit facilities with Comcast, will be sufficient for the Company to meet its current and long-term liquidity and capital requirements. The Company is in a net current liability position, in line with the operational model of the Company (which holds investments in subsidiaries as non-current assets). However, the Company has received confirmation that Comcast intends to support the Company for a period of at least 12 months from the date of signing of these financial statements. As a result, after making enquiries, the Directors have formed a judgement at the time of approving the financial statements that the Company will have access to adequate resources to continue for at least 12 months from the date of signing of the financial statements. Accordingly, they continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
