Affirmed

“These financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis, which assumes the Company will be able to meet its liabilities as they fall due for the foreseeable future. An assessment of going concern based on cashflow projections to 30 June 2026 has been prepared relating to the Company. The assessment is dependent on a number of assumptions, including future trading performance. According to the forecasts prepared on the assumptions, together with available market information and the Directors' knowledge and experience the Directors have concluded that it is appropriate to adopt the going concern basis for preparing the financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2024.”

Year-on-year

FY2023 → FY2024 · period ending 2024-12-31 vs 2023-12-31

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
