“The company is dependent on the continued support of the ultimate parent company, Robert Bosch GmbH. The Company has received a letter of support from the ultimate parent company, capped at a maximum of £2m. The ultimate parent company has confirmed that it will continue to support the Company in order to meet its liabilities as they fall due up to the maximum of the capped amount. This support is valid for a period of 12 months and one day from the date of approval of the financial statements. The Directors have assessed the ability of Robert Bosch GmbH to support the company and are satisfied with the level of support provided and that they are in a position to provide such support as and when required. Accordingly, they continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the annual report and accounts.”
