“The directors have considered the performance of the Westinghouse group, including the company, its parent company WEC Holdings and its sister company WEC LLC and they have determined that the group has sufficient funding and adequate resources available to support the company and continued operational existence for at least twelve months from the signing date, even in the event of any possible downside scenarios which may have an adverse impact on the performance of the company. Accordingly, they continue to adopt the going concern basis for the company in preparing the annual report and financial statements.”
