- Going concern
- Affirmed
“The Directors have reviewed the appropriateness of the going concern assumption and believe that the business has sufficient resources available to enable it to continue to meet its ongoing obligations for at least a period of 12 months from the date of approval of the financial statements. The directors consider the results for the year ended 31 March 2025 to be satisfactory and to have been achieved within a challenging operating environment. Despite outside uncertain factors the Group and Company remains in a strong financial position and is well positioned to continue to build on the excellent results of previous years. The Group and Company continues to receive the full backing of Barclays Bank and Lombard Wholesale. The group and company's financial performance and forecasts to 31 March 2027, after considering plausible downside scenarios, show that the group and company continues to be cash generative whilst operating from a strong asset base. Accordingly, the Directors believe that it is appropriate to continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
