- Going concern
- Affirmed
“In auditing the financial statements, we have concluded that the directors' use of the going concern basis of accounting in the preparation of the financial statements is appropriate. Based on the work we have performed, we have not identified any material uncertainties relating to events or conditions that, individually or collectively, may cast significant doubt on the company's ability to continue as a going concern for a period of at least twelve months from when the financial statements are authorised for issue.”
Significant events
- “Following the merger of Fiat Chrysler Automobiles with Stellantis, as expected such a significant business merger has caused some operating and supply issues, some which were still ongoing during 2025.”
- “The cessation in production of the hugely popular Fiat 500 in December 2024, gave a boost to new vehicle sales up to this date, but post this we have been waiting on the supply of new Fiat & Abarth models.”
- “The iconic New Panda launch expected in early 2025 was delayed, not taking place until February 2026 as such we were reliant on just one or two models for the remaining period of 2025.”
- “The Directors took the decision to branch out into negotiations with Leap Motors, a Chinese Electric vehicle manufacturer who are part of the Stellantis group and are known for their high specification electric SUV's. We commenced as authorised dealers and repairers with them in August 2025.”
- “The Company also incurred one off costs renovating the residential investment properties, in preparation for them to be re-let & in adherence to the findings of an insurance inspection at the Bodyshop, costs have been incurred to make buildings, sheds and electrics safe and compliant.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
