“Mark Andy UK Limited is part of a wider international group, with cash and treasury functions managed by the US parent, Mark Andy Inc. As a result, operating activities and cashflows are considered on a group wide basis and no entity level forecasts are prepared. Therefore, as part of their going concern assessment, the directors have reviewed the current trading activities of the wider group, together with the financial position of the US parent, Mark Andy Inc, and their future orderbook. Sensitivity analysis has been performed on the forecasts of the wider group, and have considered the implication on the cash reserves and the covenant headroom on their external borrowings, as well as the lenders willingness to continue to support the wider group. Where sensitised forecasts indicate that headroom within existing finance arrangements may be tight, mitigating strategies have been identified such as discretionary spend within the forecasts, which could be implemented if required. Therefore, the directors are satisfied that the wider group has adequate resources to meet their obligations as they fall due and will continue to operate for the foreseeable future. Mark Andy Inc has confirmed its intention to continue to provide financial support to the entity for at least 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements. They have also confirmed that cash or other financial resources will not be withdrawn from the entity to the detriment of the entity's ability to meet its liabilities as they fall due. On this basis, the directors consider it appropriate to continue to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the annual financial statements.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
