“At the balance sheet date the company had a cash balance of £784,764, a strong net current asset position of and shareholder's funds of £13,541,675. At the time of signing these accounts, the directors have considered the effect of the current high levels of inflation and the energy crisis on the going concern position, and consider that this does indicate that the company will continue to trade for a period of at least 12 months from the date of signing these accounts as a result of the performance of the company during this difficult time. The financial forecasts prepared by the directors show that the company will continue to operate within the facilities available to it and the directors conclude that the company can meet its financial liabilities as they fall due for a period of not less than 12 months from the date of signing these accounts. On that basis, the directors have prepared these financial statements on a going concern basis.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
