“The Company's financial resources and business activities have been considered and with support from other group companies, there is a reasonable expectation that the company has adequate resources to continue to meet its liabilities as they fall due until 31 December 2026. The Company has sought ongoing financial support from its fellow group company, Hager Limited who have confirmed in writing, that they will provide the Company with adequate capital to conduct it's business in a reasonable manner and to honour its contractual obligations.”
