“The Company relies on its parent company C&D Technologies Inc. and fellow subsidiary undertakings for a large proportion of its supply of inventory. It also holds material intercompany balances due to fellow subsidiary undertakings. The director has prepared forecasts for the company of profit and cashflows that look through to the end of June 2026 as part of their assessment of the company's going concern position. The director has also received confirmation of continued financial support from its parent company, C&D Technologies Inc, should such financial support be required by the company through the going concern period. Following this review, based on the information available as noted above, the director, who is also the Chief Financial Officer of C&D Technologies Inc, is satisfied that the company will be able to meet its liabilities as they fall due for the foreseeable future and accordingly continue to prepare the financial statements on the going concern basis.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
