“After reviewing the Company's forecasts and projections, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate financial resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. The Company is in the strong position of having sufficient cash reserves to continue trading through any downturn in revenue and to continue honouring its supply chain. The directors therefore consider that the Company will continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future and accordingly the directors consider it appropriate to prepare the financial statements on a going concern basis.”
