“We have prepared a revised forecast to March 2028 which considers our cash position, sources of income and planned expenditure. The directors have scrutinised the key assumptions within the forecast and are satisfied that the cash reserves are adequate to meet the group's obligations as they fall due. In our highest risk area, the delivery of our Adult Social Care operations, a service by service turnaround plan addressing those services with reduced financial viability has been approved and is monitored regularly by the directors. Having regard to the above, the directors are satisfied that there are no material uncertainties around the decision to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing these financial statements.”
