“The directors have a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operation for the foreseeable future. The financial statements have been prepared on the going concern basis. The Company has made an operating profit of £10.4m for the year ended 31 December 2024, is in a net asset position of £0.8m as of 31 December 2024 and is expecting to trade profitably in the foreseeable future based on forecasts. The Company's intermediate parent undertaking Banijay SAS has given a letter of support confirming it has the ability to and will provide continuing financial support to enable the Company to meet its obligations as and when they fall due for a period of twelve months from the date the directors approve the financial statements of the Company.”
