- “Subsequent to the reporting date, on 08 September 2025, Benoy Canada Inc, Benoy USA Inc and Benoy US Inc, each wholly owned subsidiaries of the Company, entered into insolvency proceedings. The directors have determined that the conditions leading to the insolvency existed at the reporting date. Accordingly, the financial statements have been adjusted to reflect the impairment of the intercompany balance in Benoy UK. As a result, the carrying value of the intercompany balance has been reduced by £4,627,765 and a corresponding impairment loss has been recognised in the statement of comprehensive income.”
