“The Company has a net current asset of £13.9m as at 31 December 2024 and accordingly, these financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis. The company has embarked on a plan for the refurbishment of the Stoke Park estate which is in progress at the date of approval of these financial statements. Further the Company has received assurances from its Parent Company that they will continue to make funds available as required.”
