“The Trustees, together with the management team, have assessed the financial and operating outlook for the next 12 months to identify any material uncertainties that may impact ISUOG's ability to continue operating. With investments position remaining high, a very strong cash position and a robust level of free reserves, ISUOG is well-placed to deal with any potential situations that may affect the Charity's ability to continue operating. It is the opinion of the Trustees and management that there are no material uncertainties and that, as a result, it is appropriate to prepare the financial statements on the going concern basis.”
