“Taking this into account, and on the basis of their assessment of the Group and Company's financial position and resources including the strong cash, net current asset and net assets position, the directors believe that the Group and Company is well placed to manage its business risks including the impact of inflation and the cost of living squeeze. Therefore, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the Group and Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for 12 months from the date of signing these financial statements. Thus, they continue to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the annual financial statements.”
