“After making enquiries, and based on the assumptions outlined in note 1 to the financial statements, the directors have concluded that the company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for at least twelve months from the date of approval of these financial statements. Based on the strong trading relationship between this company and the parent company, the directors of this company have sought and received a commitment in writing from NES Global Talent Limited that it will provide support as may be necessary for the foreseeable future, which is a period of at least twelve months from the date of signing these financial statements. For this reason, they continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements.”
