Material uncertainty over going concern
The company continues to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements notwithstanding that it is reliance on its parent company, Aldgate Education Midco 2 Limited for the financial support. Aldgate Education Midco 2 Limited (AEM 2 LTD) released their consolidated financial statements for the period ending 31st August 2024. These were prepared on a going concern basis but disclosed the existence of a material uncertainties in respect to going concern. Given the Company's reliance on the parent company, this represents a material uncertainty that may cast doubt on the Company's ability to continue as a going concern. Notwithstanding, the directors of AEM 2 LTD are satisfied that sufficient actions are underway to address these material uncertainties and the Directors have a reasonable expectation that the company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for at least 12 months from the date these financial statements are signed. Please see note 3 of the financial statements.
