  We draw attention to the going concern accounting policy in note 2(e) of the financial statements, which states that the 2024 group balance sheet shows net liabilities of £6,340,235 and there was a minimal operating profit in the year. As stated in note 2(e) these events or conditions, along with other matters as set forth in note 2(e) (including that future funding working capital funding is subject to force majeure conditions), indicate that a material uncertainty exists that may cast significant doubt on the group's ability to continue as a going concern. Our opinion is not modified in respect of this matter.
