- Going concern
- Affirmed
“In auditing the financial statements, we have concluded that the director's use of the going concern basis of accounting in the preparation of the financial statements is appropriate. Based on the work we have performed, we have not identified any material uncertainties relating to events or conditions that, individually or collectively, may cast significant doubt on the company's ability to continue as a going concern for a period of at least twelve months from when the original financial statements were authorised for issue.”
Significant events
- “The market for used cars within the UK has been mixed again this year with used vehicle sales prices dropping significantly in the latter part of 2023 before stabilising and starting to grow slowly towards the financial year end. This represents a price correction following two years of significant sales price growth arising from the shortages caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. The sales prices of used electric vehicles, where there are doubts over battery lives, and luxury SUVs, that are becoming increasingly expensive to insure, saw the largest price corrections.”
- “The directors have considered the possible impact of the ongoing conflict in Ukraine and the Middle East on the company and though there is an increased level of economic uncertainty they consider the company has appropriate risk mitigation measures in place.”
- “On the 18th June 2024 the company entered into a lease over its investment property.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
