“In considering going concern, the Directors have reviewed the future cash requirements and earnings projections of both the company and the group for the next 3 years and have concluded that both the company and group as a whole will be able to operate without requiring any external funding and therefore believe it is appropriate to prepare the financial statements of the company and of the group on a going concern basis. This is supported by the liquidity position of both the company (£4.13million) and the group (£10.09million) at the year end.”
