“The going concern basis has been adopted in preparing these Interim Condensed Financial Statements. The Company's business activities, together with the factors likely to affect its future development, performance and position are set out above on pages 5 to 10. The Board has considered wider macroeconomic factors relevant during 2025, along with the Company's financial results. The Board have also reviewed and take comfort from the Group's assessment of going concern as outlined in the St. James's Place Half-Year Report and Accounts 2025.”
