- Going concern
- Affirmed
“In considering going concern, the Directors have prepared cash flow forecasts through to 30 September 2026 including assumptions on downsides and adverse events. Having taken into consideration these factors, the Directors have reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue operational existence for the foreseeable future. Accordingly, they continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements.”

Significant events
- “The Directors anticipate continuing profitability during the forthcoming 12 months in the Company's core business. However, in order to secure longer term profitability, the Board continues to seek an element of diversification utilising the core skills within the Company. During the year, the Company continued with new projects in the medical device field which are expected to contribute to revenue and profits for future years.”
- “The market continues to see pressure on pricing in the core materials business, and further investment is being made to maximise production efficiency. Stricter regulatory requirements in the industry, particularly the new MDR (Medical Device Regulations) for CE mark, will also have an impact on our customers, and therefore, may have an impact on future growth.”
- “The situation in Russia and Ukraine is driving inflation and speculation of recession in the UK and creating significant cost pressure on businesses. Management continues to monitor the situation closely and will implement measures to offset cost increases as required during 2025.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
