Affirmed

“At the time of approving the financial statements, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. Thus the directors continue to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the financial statements. Notwithstanding net current liabilities of £70m at the balance sheet date, which includes amounts due to group undertakings of £88.9m, these financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis as the directors have received due indication that the amount will not be recalled within a period of not less than 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements.”

Year-on-year

FY2024 → FY2025 · period ending 2025-04-30 vs 2024-04-28

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
