“After making enquiries, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. In considering the appropriateness of the going concern statement, the directors of the business have taken account of the recent trading activity and profitability of the company along with the cashflow forecast prepared for 12 months from the date the accounts are signed. Considering the cash pool arrangement, the directors of Arrow Electronics Inc have confirmed it will support the company for the period of 12 months from the date the accounts are signed. The directors have assessed Arrow Electronics Inc's ability to provide this support and are satisfied that it is able to do so. Accordingly, they continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the annual report and accounts.”
