“The Company is dependent on the continuing financial support of the parent company in the ensuing year. Continuing financial support is required both to enable the Company to meet its liabilities as they fall due and to continue trading without immediate realisation of all its assets. The parent company has provided a non-legally binding letter of support and will continue to provide the necessary financial support to the Company for at least 12 months from the date of signing these financial statements. On the basis of their assessment of the Company's financial position and current financial projections and facilities available, and the support given by the group, the directors of the Company have formed a judgment, at the time of approving the financial statements, that there is a reasonable expectation that the Company will be able to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future and, accordingly, consider that it is appropriate to adopt the going concern basis in preparing these financial statements.”
Significant events
- “Future activity levels are showing a positive recovery compared to 2023. Development of the new business secured with Nissan for 2026 is progressing as planned. In parallel, further opportunities remain under active discussion with new customers in the prestige vehicle segment, with the aim of expanding our portfolio from 2026 onwards.”
- “Operational improvements following the closure of the larger warehouse and the extension of Unit B have had a positive impact on business performance. In 2025, the Company will continue to invest in sustainable infrastructure, including the installation of solar panels to provide cleaner and more cost-effective electricity.”
- “Despite these internal advancements, the wider UK automotive market remains subdued in terms of new model development. Recent announcements from both Nissan and Toyota indicate no new vehicle platforms will be introduced until at least 2030. This market stagnation presents a restrained outlook for domestic volumes in the medium term. The current business pipeline, however, remains stable pending further announcements of new programmes from key OEM partners.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
