• “On 23 December 2025, an amount of £22.0m was repaid on the Revolving Credit Facility provided by Telfisa Global BV; this has a balance of £8.3m at 31 December 2024 and was disclosed as part of the amounts due to group undertakings. This was funded via a share issue to Telefónica Tech UK & Ireland Limited for an amount £22.0m, and this facility was then cancelled. On the same date a new Revolving Credit Facility in the amount of £10m with an expiry date of 30 June 2027 was put in place.”
