- Going concern
- Affirmed
“At the balance sheet date, the company had a strong cash balance and net current asset position. At the time of signing these financial statements, the directors have prepared forecasts based on future trading expectations, and consider that this does indicate that the company will continue to trade for a period of at least 12 months from the date of signing these financial statements due to the funding available to it. A letter of support has been provided by Patagonia Holdco 3 Limited, which confirms that they intend to financially support Frontline Bathrooms Limited to meet any funding requirements over the next 12 months from the date of signing these financial statements. Therefore, the going concern basis of accounting continues to be adopted in preparing the annual financial statements.”
Significant events
- “The adverse economic climate and reduction in housing transactions experienced during the year, has led to a decrease in turnover and profit for the financial year.”
- “Trading in the industry is influenced by the macro economic environment in the UK. The level of activity in the residential and non-residential construction markets, and specifically in the residential repair, maintenance, and improvement markets influence demand.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
