“For the year ended 31 December 2024 the company made a profit of $6,184,739 (2023: $5,715,412), had net current assets of $26,029,660 (2023: $2,605,300) and net assets totalling $26,071,817 (2023: $19,887,078). At the time of approving the financial statements and in light of the ongoing worldwide political and economic uncertainties, the Directors have considered the company's continued performance through early 2025 as well as forecasts and projections for the company for the next 12 months from the date of this report. Based on this, the Directors have a reasonable expectation that the company will remain sufficiently profitable to enable the generation of adequate liquid resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future.”
Significant events
- “Russian sanctions continued a focus on a vigilant approach from leadership on who PDQ was conducting business with. This alongside the sanctions regarding Russian iron and steel caused disruption to the supply chain.”
- “The cost of living crisis continued to impact the business from a staff retention and salary increase perspective, the UK facility has found it difficult to recruit and retain in its warehousing operations. Again a challenge which is set to flow through to another year with all hubs having similar issues.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
