“For the year ended 31 December 2024 the company made a profit of $6,184,739 (2023: $5,715,412), had net current assets of $26,029,660 (2023: $2,605,300) and net assets totalling $26,071,817 (2023: $19,887,078). At the time of approving the financial statements and in light of the ongoing worldwide political and economic uncertainties, the Directors have considered the company's continued performance through early 2025 as well as forecasts and projections for the company for the next 12 months from the date of this report. Based on this, the Directors have a reasonable expectation that the company will remain sufficiently profitable to enable the generation of adequate liquid resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future.”
