“The company is part of a larger group and the Directors have received confirmation from the ultimate parent company Whistl Consolidated Limited (see note12) that should it be required financial support to enable the company to meet its liabilities as and when they fall due, will be available through to 31 August 2026 which is at least 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements. As such the directors are satisfied that Whistl Consolidated Limited has the ability to fulfil its obligations to support the company during the going concern period.”
