  Material uncertainty over going concern

  It is the intention of the Directors to liquidate the Company as part of a group rationalisation project in the near future. Accordingly, the Directors have concluded that it is no longer appropriate to prepare the financial statements on a going concern basis. There have been no adjustments made to the financial statements as a result of the application of the non-going concern basis of accounting. All assets and liabilities were measured at their realisable value, which approximated their carrying amounts. There are no non-current assets or non-current liabilities as 31 December 2024.
