“At the balance sheet date the Group's current liabilities exceeded current assets by £27,826k (2024: current liabilities exceeded current assets by £26,908k) and the Company's current liabilities exceeded current assets by £26,495k (2024: current liabilities exceeded current assets by £25,377k). The Group's bank loans with HSBC were renewed in September 2025. The directors have considered financial forecasts which demonstrate the future viability and profitability of the Group and Company and have considered the potential impact of an increase to the base rate, alongside their strong net assets position. In addition, the directors have provided personal assurances that they will support the Group and Company for the foreseeable future and will ensure that there are sufficient funds made available to enable the Group and Company to meet its debts as they fall due. Therefore, in the opinion of the directors the financial statements should be prepared on a going concern basis.”
