“The financial statements have been prepared on the going concern basis. The Company's indirectly held subsidiary, Capgemini UK plc, generated profit for the year of £210,502,000 (2023: £232,163,000) and is expected to continue to be profitable. After making enquiries, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future and therefore continues to adopt the going concern basis in preparing its financial statements.”
