“The board has reviewed the current financial position of the company noting the disclosed net current assets of £0.5m (2023: £0.2m) and overall net asset position of £15.8m (2023: £13.7m). Separately, it has considered forecasted cashflows and underlying trading performance including the impact that inflation and an economic slowdown could have on the business' operations. Based on this review they are satisfied that the company will be in a position to meet their obligations as they fall due for a period of not less than twelve months from the date of approval of these financial statements and that these financial statements can be prepared on a going concern basis.”

Year-on-year

FY2023 → FY2024 · period ending 2024-12-31 vs 2023-12-31

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
