“The financial statements have been prepared on the going concern basis. The statement of financial position includes net assets of £40,010,000 (2023: £40,010,000). The Company has no liabilities. The Company's subsidiary, Capgemini UK plc, generated profit for the year of £210,502,000 (2023: £232,163,000) and is expected to continue to be profitable. Net assets of Capgemini UK plc for the year ended 31 December 2024 are £1,086,245,000 (2023: £968,755,000). Net assets of Capgemini UK plc for the year ended 31 December 2024 excluding the pension surplus are £891,178,000 (2023: £841,289,000). Accordingly, after making enquiries, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future and therefore continues to adopt the going concern basis in preparing its financial statements.”
