“At 31 March 2025 the company had net liabilities of £33.0m (2024: £28.5m) and net current liabilities of £6.5m (2024: £1.8m). The directors believe that it is appropriate to prepare the financial statements on a going concern basis as the company's ultimate parent undertaking, JTEKT Corporation, has committed to continue to support JTEKT Automotive England Ltd and provide adequate funding to enable the company to meet its obligations as they fall due for at least twelve months from the date the financial statements are signed.”
