“The Company continues to meet its day-to-day working capital requirements. The directors rely on a letter of support from the ultimate parent company Arcadis N.V, which has strengthened their confidence in the Company's financial stability. While the Company's forecasts and projections, accounting for reasonably possible changes in trading performance, indicate it can operate within its current cash reserves, the additional support from the parent company provides an extra layer of assurance. Consequently, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. Therefore, the Company continues to adopt the going concern basis in preparing its financial statements.”

• “The company is currently involved in legal proceedings initiated by a client relating to alleged defects in the design impact ing the construction of a project previously completed. Whilst the directors were aware of the alleged items before year end, a claim was not filed until 24 September 2025 and relates to unquantified costs being sought to be recovered from various parties. The company is one of five parties subject to the claim and was the appointed architect for the project.”
