“The financial Statements have been prepared on a going concern basis, which the directors consider to be appropriate for the following reasons. The company has made a loss for the financial year ended 31 July 2024 including the SLA charge with the university. The company is however, in a strong cash position, with sufficient cash to be able to be able to operate and meets its debts as they fall due. The University has provided confirmation to the directors that it will provide financial support as required should the company require this to meet its liabilities up to at least 31 July 2026. The directors have confirmed that the University is capable of providing this financial support. Accordingly, the directors are confident that the company will have sufficient funds to continue to meet its liabilities as they fall due until 31 July 2026 and consequently have prepared the financial statements on a going concern basis.”
