  Material uncertainty over going concern

  As the directors do not intend to recommence operations in the foreseeable future, they have continued not to prepare the financial statements on a going concern basis. The effect of this is explained in note 2. We draw attention to Note 2 to the financial statements which explains that the directors have decided to cease the operations of the Company and have transferred the activities, together with its assets and liabilities, to the parent undertaking, the University of Bedfordshire and therefore do not consider it to be appropriate to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the financial statements.
