“The directors have reviewed the financial position and conclude that the company has a healthy liquidity position which will allow the company to continue to operate within existing financial commitments. In reaching this conclusion, the directors have given.due. consideration to the performance for the year to date and. revised full year forecasts for the year to 30 September 2026. In assessing these cash flows, the directors have applied reasonably possible downside scenários and are satisfied that the company has sufficient liquidity to support its on-going operations for at least 12 months from the date of this report. Therefore the financial statements continue to be prepared on a going concern basis.”
