“Based on the work we have performed, we have not identified any material uncertainties relating to events or conditions that, individually or collectively, may cast significant doubt on the company's ability to continue as a going concern for a period of at least twelve months from when the financial statements are authorised for issue. The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis which the directors consider to be appropriate for the following reasons. The Company is part of a wider group, whereby group companies use intercompany funding or cash pooling facilities, managed and made available by the ultimate parent company, Mercedes-Benz Group AG (MBGAG), and fellow subsidiary Mercedes-Benz International Finance B.V.”
