“The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis which the directors have considered to be appropriate for the following reasons. The Directors have considered the financial position of SESWS and concluded that it will be able to meet its liabilities as they fall due for the foreseeable future. For these purposes, the foreseeable future is taken to mean a period of at least 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements. Pennon Group Plc (the ultimate holding company of SESWS) have made a commitment in the form of a letter of financial support to SESWS, for up to 15 months after the signing of the financial statements.”
Significant events
- “SESWS and the parent company Pennon pic have made the decision in March 2025 to close the trading division SES Home Services. The decision was based on extremely difficult trading conditions which have driven adverse results in recent financial years. The process in closing SES Home Services is expected to be concluded by the end of FY26 based on outstanding warranties.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
