  Material uncertainty over going concern

  The Company's business activities are set out in the business review and principal activities section of the strategic report on page 1. The principal activity of the Company was the holding of a 19 year lease for the use of a property which was sublet. This right-of-use asset had fully depreciated in January 2023, and the Company ceased to trade from 6 January 2023. Therefore, the Directors do not consider it to be appropriate to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the financial statements. Accordingly, the financial statements have been prepared on a basis other than going concern. No adjustments were required to the financial statements as a result of preparing them on a basis other than going concern.
