“The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis. The directors have reviewed future trading and prepared cashflow budgets for the period to 30 September 2026 to assess the company's liquidity needs. The company has a strong order book and net cash resources. It does not expect to need any additional funding for the forecast period. The company's parent, Clear Future Inc, has confirmed in a support letter that it will provide financial resources to the company if so required to enable it to meet its liabilities as they fall due for not less than 12 months from the approval of the financial statements.”
